Get ready for an incredible Soul and Funk show with the insanely talented 7-piece band Funkestra, featuring vocal powerhouse Amba Tremain!
You’ll hear some upbeat original instrumentals, some original Soul tunes from Amba and Stefan’s repertoire and some fun and funky re-imaginations of soul and funk classics.
The London based, multi-national, Redtenbacher’s Funkestra is the brainchild of bassist, composer and producer 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 - an all-round funk wizard, with numerous, star-studded session credits to his name, including Beverly Knight, Kiki Dee, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Amy Winehouse.
Soul singer 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 has been a firm fixture on the gig scene for 20 years. Be it fronting classic soul show band 'The Soul Session' or providing backing vocals for legends such as Boy George and Eva Cassidy. She has played thousands of gigs, provided vocals for past and present superstars, and appeared on over 200,000 playlists worldwide with her covers band 'Blame Jones'.
𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐥 𝐃𝐉 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐞𝐥 𝐔𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐫 will be playing a special Soul set after Funkestra, to keep the party going!
