Coworking

  • Either! If you know which day you want to come and work with us, you can either book via the website (or the Login app if you' ve worked with us before), or you can just turn up and one of the team will help you on the day.

  • The workspaces and meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday from 7.30am - 6pm. I the café, breakfast is served between 8 - 10am and lunch is available between 12 - 2pm.

  • The nearest car park is located within The Atrium on Lower Charles Street (GU15 3QL). Once parked, exit the Atrium on the ground floor (with Starbucks on your left) and then turn left at Zizzi's and Login Lounge is approximately 200m on your left (next to Pandora and opposite The Bear pub). If you're coworking with us, you can pay for your parking via the members app or portal at a discounted rate of £5.00 per day or £100 per month – you will need to provide your registration number to our team before you depart.

  • Absolutely! You'd only need to buy a pass if you're planning on staying to work after your meeting.

  • You are welcome to bring guests to Login in the following circumstances: (a) you have booked a meeting room and your guests leave after the meeting; (b) each guest has purchased a suitable pass for the time they will be spending at Login. All guests must be signed in at Login’s reception upon arrival and sign out on departure.

  • You are welcome to use your phone throughout the the Login Lounge, however if you need to make a private call then, please book a meeting room for the required time, or use one of the call boxes on the ground or first floor (available on a first come, first serve basis). If you need to be on continuous calls, we ask that you are respectful of noises levels for those around you, and consider booking a meeting room or using a phone booth.

  • Whilst there is CCTV throughout Login, we ask that you do not leave laptops or work materials at the workstations when you are not present for an extended period of time, as this will prevent other guests from using the spaces. If you have items that you would like to leave unattended whilst you pop into town, we have free (complimentary) lockers that are available on the ground floor. Any items left unattended are at your own personal risk.

  • If you need to keep any items chilled, then you 're welcome to use the fridge at the tea point on the first floor. Please be aware that this fridge will be cleared of any items at 6pm on a Friday evening. There are no facilities available onsite for food to be reheated.

  • Tea and coffee are available at the first floor tea point on a complimentary basis as part of your membership/daypass, as well as chilled water from the coolers in the 1st floor kitchenette and ground floor cafe. If you want a speciality coffee , additional refreshments or snacks, these can be purchased directly from our team in the cafe on the ground floor.

  • Meeting Rooms can be booked via the members app or Login portal using your individual member profile login.

  • Yes – you can purchase a half-day (up to 4 hours) or full-day pass on an adhoc basis and come to use the facilities without signing up to a longer-term plan.

  • We have fast and reliable 1GB internet connectivity.

  • The Login Team will be able to assist with connecting you to our in-house equipment.

  • Any food purchased at Login can be eaten on either the ground floor or the first floor. If you choose to bring breakfast or lunch in from home or purchase from outside, we ask that you eat this in the kitchenette area, located on the 1st floor.

  • You can! The first floor even space can be hired for a private event; either as a whole or in smaller areas. Please speak with our Centre Manager for bespoke pricing.

Memberships

  • Should you wish to terminate your membership at Login you will need to contact us directly via email or phone to request a termination. Please see the Termination section of our Terms and Conditions for further information.

  • Invoices will be issued on the 1st day of each month – you will be invoiced in advance for the month ahead.

  • All items booked through the website/app or purchased whilst onsite are subject to VAT at the current rate. Should you need a VAT breakdown for any reason, then do let us know and our Finance Team will be able to take care of this for you.

  • Members are entitled to bring guests to Login in the following circumstances: (a) the member has booked a meeting room and their guests promptly leave after the meeting; (b) each guest has purchased a suitable pass for the time they will be spending at Login.

    All guests must be signed in at Login’s reception upon arrival and sign out on departure.

  • Minimum subscription for individual plans is 1 month and for company plans is 6 months.

  • By signing up to become a member of Login you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, however no contract will be issued.

  • Yes – you can purchase a day pass on an adhoc basis and come to use the facilities without signing up to a long-term plan.

  • You are very welcome to come in, sit down and have breakfast, lunch, or grab a coffee. However, if you wish to work whilst you eat, you will need to purchase a day pass or membership.

  • The App is available for the App Store, or Google Play Store – links can be found on our website.

Events

  • Not at all! Our entertainment events are completely unrelated to coworking memberships and everyone is welcome.

  • Our Burlesque Cabaret shows are 18+, and our Comedy Clubs carry parental discretion as some of the content isn't suitable for under 16s. Our live music nights d not have an age restriction, but we ask people to bear in mind that it is an adult environment with alcohol being served. Our Sunday Brunch Jazz Clubs are family-friendly.

  • As a small, family-run business, we made the decision to be cashless and only accept payment by card, as the costs involved to hold cash are quite prohibitive.

  • Yes please! To guarantee entry, we ask that people book their free tickets.

  • We generally don't reserve tables, and they're allocated on a first-come-first -served basis.But we always make sure that there is enough seating for each event.

  • On Friday nights we offer delicious Charcuterie Platters (meat or vegetarian), perfect as a pre-show appetizer. The availability of food at our Saturday night events depends on the event itself (if it's a disco night then we won't offer food, if it's a cabaret show, we would). There is always food available to order at our Sunday Brunch Jazz Club.

Cafe & Login Bar

  • Absolutely! You don't need to be coworking and you don't need to be a member - everyone is welcome! Our coffee shop is open 7-days a week.

  • We're open 7-days a week, from 7.30am Monday to Friday, from 9am on a Saturday and 11am on a Sunday.

  • We offer alternative milks at no extra cost, and a small range of gluten free and vegan food options.

  • We certainly are! We even have a water bowl and some treats to make our furry friends feel at home.

  • You certainly can! We serve alcohol from midday (and coffee/soft drinks from opening).

  • Yes - we have outdoor seating area at the front where you can enjoy a drink or nip out for a vape.
